Many of our products are brand new but have been returned, or are ex-display items that we can sell at affordably low prices. Some may have a few minor marks or chips or won’t be in their original packaging yet they will be in very good condition.
A thorough quality inspection is undertaken before dispatch. If any quality issues are detected, you will receive a detailed email or WhatsApp with images/video. We ask you to review the condition, and you have the option to cancel your order at this stage.
Upon delivery of your order, you can return an item within 21 days (21 days from the date the item was paid for). Please note that if you delay delivery of your order past 21 days, you will lose the right to exchange or refund the order.
If you decide to return your purchase upon receiving the order, we can arrange a collection at the cost of between £10 and £50 per item (depending on the size of the item) which will be deducted from your final refund balance. Returns must be complete and in perfect, unused condition with all original inner & outer packaging. Please note that the initial delivery charges are non-refundable.
